Dreamweaver 2018 Stopped Working

This is infuriating. Dreamweaver build 10136 randomly crashes. Needles to say, all editing done on unsaved pages are gone. Wish you would come up with an autosave feature. (Perhaps there is one??)

Running on latest version of Windows 10 with all updates installed.

Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.16299.64, time stamp: 0x493793ea

That's related to a bad Nvidia driver.  Did you update your graphics driver recently?  If not, you might want to do that now.  If your driver is updated to the very latest, you might need to drop back to an older one.

That's a possibility. I did upgrade my Nvidia driver a few days back . . . will try. Thanks for pointing this out.

Have a look at What is Ntdll.dll Error?

I am not sure about downloading the described tool though, but the article will give you some background info.

I would start off with a virus scan followed by the System File Checker tool.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

I know this isn't the response that you were hoping for, but the building I work in experiences frequent power outages/brown outs.  I've got myself into the habit of using CTRL-S every few minutes.  Just sayin'.

HTH,
