is it possible to download dreamweaver 2019, I need it because older extensions don't work on 2021 and 2020

Owing to Adobe's version policy (latest + 1 previous), pre-2020 versions are no longer available from the CC Desktop App. For this reason, I usually keep older versions installed until I'm certain I'll never need them again.
