Dreamweaver 2021 crashes on startup mac

Question

Hey, I'm completely new to dreamweaver and code but I need it for a class. I've been running the rest of the adobe suite on my macbook pro for years, but for some reason I haven't been able to run dreamweaver - it either crashes on startup or freezes immediately after loading and causes me to have to force quit it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm running mojave 10.14.4. I attached the crash report.

Hi @gabbersb ,

Thanks for writing to us. Can you please confirm if you had any previous Dw versions installed on the machine and the issue is seen with older Dw version as well. Also please try resetting Dw app prefs by following the steps in below link and see if the issue gets resolved else we will further investigate the issue on your machine since the issue is not encountered internally on Mojave 10.14.
