Question

Dreamweaver 2021 crashes when I try to edit preferences

Everything else seems to work OK, BUT as soon as I try to edit preferences, it crashes.

Selecting sync setting also causes a crash

I have reinstalled and selected upload sync settings because I believe the sync files are corrupted and didn't want to download them.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi ,

    Can you please try Restore Preferences.  That fixes most problems.

    Let us know if it solves the issue, Also can you please confirm if you are facing issue with other DW version as well?
