Dreamweaver 2021 problem on M1 Mac mini

For the others:

Only Lightroom and Photoshop are fully compatabile with Mac M1.

Anything through Rosetta 2 is emulation, despite how amazing Rosetta 2 applications may or may not function correctly.

M1 mac is Mac ARM Based chipset technology

Did you restart your computer?  Did you Restore Preferences?

I would recommend trying the usual suspects of resolving DW issues from deleting the filecache to the user config folder, etc found in this KB article ( https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs6-cc.html ).  If that doesn't work, you can try re-installing DW, or also try using another user account to rule out corruption of a user account that could have come from migrating an old OS account pre-M1, to your new computer.
