Dreamweaver 21.1 Does not start

I have been having issues trying to open Dreamweaver, It does noting when I open it either from Start Menu or from the Creative Cloud App. When I check task manager, I have one instance of Dreamweaver showing in the Background Processes with no CPU usage, about 7mb RAM usage and no Disk Usage.

I get no Splash Screen/Start up Screen.

I have tried restarting my PC a few times to see if that would help but have had no luck. I do not want to go through a uninstall and re-install...

    @crystal5C60,

    Then don't.  On Win10, use right click and select Run as Administrator.

    Failing that, try Restore Preferences.  That fixes most problems.

    When all else fails, use the Adobe Cleaner Tools to wipe all Adobe apps off your system.  Start over fresh with new Creative Cloud desktop app followed by Dreamweaver, etc... and restart your computer.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you for the responses, I ended up reinstalling and works fine now. But for next time this happens I will try those steps as I did not think of CC Cleaner or Restore Preferences. I did try Run as Administrator before hand and forgot to mention it.

    Thank you.

    In that case you will perpetuate the problem.
