There is no Adobe Player.  But there is a Flash Player.  See below for installation instructions.

1. Ensure that your device meets or exceeds the system requirements to run Creative Cloud desktop app + Dreamweaver 2020 and any other CC apps you intend to use.

2. Sign-in to Creative Cloud with your Adobe ID and password.

3. Click the blue DOWNLOAD button and install the Creative Cloud desktop app from which you will manage your entire suite of products.
