DreamWeaver CC 2017 Crash & Big Problem

Well. I am a PHP programmer.

DW CC 2017 looks pretty cool with rebuilt code editor and.............

WOW! FANTASTIC!

So i got a trial version on Mac and started to have a try with high expectation.

But the fact is....

I have no words to express how terrible the "code highlight function" is ( I even can't identify the difference between php and html.)

That's not the biggest problem.

Even worse, crash happens very often.

Usually, when i type "(" near "?".    Eg.     ") ?>"

IT CRASHED!!!!!!!!!!!

Sometime, type "["

IT CRASHED!!!!!!!!!!!

And code editor became NOT-RESPONDING (i can't type any more) randomly...I have to close the tab and restart it.

All in all, it is outwardly strong but inwardly weak.

PS. zh-CN version is not available?

Code differentiation is not in place [yet].

Crashes should not occur.  They don't for me -- I'm also working with PHP code.

What do your Windows Event  / Mac crash logs say?  A corrupted or missing DLL file is the usual culprit.  Lavasoft Web Companion is another known culprit.  Uninstalling Web Companion usually fixes that.
