Hello

I can't use dreamweaver cc 2017, because it crashed anytime. I used the issue but i have still the problem

can you help me

j'ai fait exactement ce qui est proposé dans votre somution, mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. Une autre idée

J'ai ce message lorsque je fais regsvr32 KERNELBASE.dll --> le module "KERNELBASE.dll" a été chargé mais le point d'entrée DllRegisterServer est introuvable

Si vous avez mis à niveau votre système d'exploitation à partir de Windows 7 ou Windows 8. Je suggère d'exécuter la mise à jour et la vérification de Windows

Si vous n'êtes pas mis à niveau votre système d'exploitation (SFC) et DISM comme ZigZag3143x, ou tout simplement la restauration du système (en utilisant le point de restauration avant que ce problème ne se produise) et si vous ne travailz toujours pas, la mise à jour sera une autre option

Merci de m'avoir répondu

lors du lancement de dreamweaver , le programme s'arrête et j'ai le message suivant

Système Windows 7 et le programme est installé sur mon ordinateur, tout les autres logiciels adobe fonctionnent (photoshop, indesign, illustrator, premiere)

J'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé le programme. J'ai effectué la manipulation permettant le reset des presets.

Mais rien y fait je ne peux plus utiliser

pouvez-vous m'aider, en vous remerciant

Please open your Windows Event Viewer and look for the faulting module that is causing DW to crash.

That will help us understand what is making DW close on startup.

- Which version of 2017 are you on?

- Which Operating System

- Do you see any error message, and if so, can you provide us with a screenshot?

- What are the solutions you have tried so far?

- Are your files on a local drive or on a network location?

- Does this happen with all files or just some?

What exactly are you experiencing? Are you able to start Dreamweaver? Can you please explain a bit more in French, your native tongue.
