Dreamweaver CC 2017 Sticky

I'm not a coder but I use Dreamweaver CC 2017 in the Design window to build my sites. I'm setting up some advertising sites and my corporate site. I am intrigued by this site: http://www.grammarly.com. Please assist me so I can use these design concepts in my new sites. Thank You / Jerry

I like the basic functionality as I scroll down the page and also like the changing elements in the image to the right as I scroll.

I need to know what jquery sticky this is or if it is something else and I need a tutorial a non-coder will be able to understand to build it out in my sites.

Any other advise is welcome.

Thank You

Jerry

Gammarly's web site uses a combination of technologies for the vertical scroll-spy and animation on scroll effects.    Not something you could do without some decent coding skills, however.

For Scroll-Spy with Bootstrap, look at this link.

    Bootstrap Scrollspy

For animations on scroll, look at this plugin from Wow.js.

I havent looked at it to see how they are doing it but the same effect is quite easily achieveable using some simple jquery with some moderate coding skills.

Thank you for starting a new discussion, your other post has been removed to avoid duplication.

To answer your question, this is a Dreamweaver user-to-user forum. We gladly answer questions that are, even loosely, connected to Dreamweaver. But to be a user of Dreamweaver, you must possess certain skills which are primarily based on a working knowledge of HTML and CSS. More complicated applications will require a further knowledge of client and/or server side scripts. The site that you have referred to is one of those more complicated applications.

Are you willing to learn coding, then I suggest you start learning to crawl first. See Dreamweaver tutorials for further info.

Ben, thank you for your input. I'm pretty sure I can find the plugin and

learn with a tutorial though of course your suggestion is the best option I

don't have time for that right now. Hopefully someone will have run into a

similar issue and be able to steer me in the right direction. I do

appreciate you taking your valuable time to be of assistance. Have a great

    2017.
