Have you tried any of the standard troubleshooting steps yet, like clearing the program cache, restoring preferences or doing a cleaner tool reinstall?

Yes. But it's done this since I first installed.

Have you tried logging into the computer as another user (or creating another user for testing) and see if the crash is limited to your user account or all accounts on the computer?
