I have Dreamweaver CC subscription and I tried to open it but it failed to open after several attaempts. Any help?

You haven't given us much to go on.

Which operating system?
Is CC Desktop App installed?
What if any error messages are you seeing?
Did you try right-click on desktop icon and select Run as Administrator?
