Dreamweaver CC2017 no start screen

When I start Dreamweaver there is no start/welcome screen. I'm the preferences it is checked. I have unchecked, restarted and then rechecked but that didn't do anything. It is just blank. Other panels are there and I can File>New and so forth. Is the page hosted locally? Should I uninstall and reinstall?

I uninstalled Dreamweaver and then reinstalled it. Everything works now.

Are you in Developer workspace by any chance? In Developer workspace, start screen is not shown in DW CC 2017.

Try Restore Preferences. That fixes most problems.
