Question

Dreamweaver course / tutorials

I am looking for simple resources that i can use with year 9 students (14/15 yo) so that they can create a simple website (About Me, Gallery / Menu, Contact Us) using the latest version of Dreamweaver. I am avoiding having to pay for content as I presume there would be enough resources on the web (probably youtube) that will work fine.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

I fully agree with you @BenPleysier , and the and the level before your link also brings its share of good things, especially with the general grip on Getting Started section  https://helpx.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver.html.

Q:  How many 14-15 year old boys & girls will grow up to use Dreamweaver as adults?

A:  None.  By then, Dreamweaver will likely not exist.

Q: How many 14-15 year old boys & girls will grow up to become skilled coders?

A: Probably quite a few, if they're introduced to it now.  😇

Software doesn't create websites, web apps & games; people do.

YouTube?!  Anyone can post anything on YouTube.  It's not vetted for quality or accuracy.

Without fundamental coding skills, you won't get far in Dreamweaver or any other code editing tool.

Start here.  Read chapters, do code exercises and take quizzes at the end.

Dreamweaver contains starter Templates.

File > New > Starter Templates > Bootstrap Templates.  Pick a layout and hit CREATE button.

Hope that helps.
