Dreamweaver crashes every time I open it.

Hello, community, I am very frustrated and I need help. I have a project for a web development class and every time I open Dreamweaver 2019 it crashes. Please help... I have included the crash report as an attachment. I tried uninstalling all apps and the creative cloud then re-installing. I have also tried to run the cleanup tool and nothing has helped.

    • Open Windows Event Viewer or Crash Report.  What is the faulting module that causes DW to crash?
    • Can you launch DW in Safe Mode?
    • Do you have the latest updates for your OS?
    • Do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, keyboard and mouse?
