dreamweaver cs4 startet nicht unter windows 7

Ich habe bislang seit fast 9 Jahren problemlos auf einer Windows 7 Rechner mit CS4 WEB PREMIUM gearbeitet.

Bestandteil des CS4 ist auch Dreamweaver. Doch seit kurzem startet es garnicht mehr.

Auch kein Lizenzbild erscheint.

Es passiert rein nix.

Lediglich im Taskmanager taucht es auf.

Auch nach 2 Deinstallationen von DW und danach Neuinstallationen haben nichts gebracht.

Leider gibt es für alle DW-Versionen Updates nur nicht für CS4. (alle älteren und neueren sind in der Liste der Updates)

Da offenbar fast jede DW Version so ein Problem hat aber immer anders gelöst wurde hoffe ich dass auch dieses Problem lösbar ist.

Andernfalls habe ich für teuer Geld eine funktionsunfähige Schrottsoftware gekauft.

Gibts da Abhilfe.

    Use right click on your DW desktop icon and select Run as Administrator.

    When you uninstalled Dreamweaver, it left remnants on your system taht were the most likely cause of your problems. Please have a look at  https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

     

    CS4 (released 23 Sep 2008) progressed through CS5, CS5,5, CS6, CC2014, CC2015, CC2017, CC2018 and the current CC2019.

    Hallo,
    After my Problem with Dreamweaver CS4 WEB PREMIUM doesn´t work since few weeks you recommend me to try Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.exe.

     

    By the way, here are some facts to my problem:

    I´m using Windows 7  with CS4 WEB PREMIUM.
    No Lizenzscreen by starting it.
    Only seen     Dreamweaver in Taskmanager.
    All other Software like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. works correctly.

     

    Now I have follow the regards of support to install Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.


    I have deinstall CS4     Dreamweaver
    I have restart PC
    I start:  Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.exe
    I have restart PC
    I reinstall     CS4 Dreamweaver

    Now     Dreamweaver still doesn´t work!

    I have linked the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.log - File. here Dropbox file Adobe Cr.Cloud.Clean.Tool.log
    There are a lot of Error-Warnings. [for example: [Wed Oct 30 13:15:41 2019] Warning: Failed to remove file,folder trying again]

    What is now to do?

    Can you manually look for any Dreamweaver folder that is on your computer and try deleting it? I am not an expert but it looks like there is something related to permissions preventing the removal of these files.
