Dreamweaver CS5 stopped working on MacBook

I have CS5 suite and Dreamweaver has stopped working.  It opens up and says Dreamweaver in the upper left hand corner like it is open but none of the other menu items are there.  All my other applications work in the suite.  Tried restarting and updating everything but still nothing.  Need help!

Correct answer Jon Fritz

The first things I would try are clearing the program cache, renaming the personal config folder, and/or restoring preferences...

Clear Program Cache - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/494811

Rename Personal Configuration Folder - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/494812

Restore Preferences (CS4-CS6) - https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/restore-preferences-dreamweaver-cs4-cs5.html

Thank you very much Jon Fritz!  My preferences folder apparently was corrupted because it now works.  You are a lifesaver!
