Apple stopped supporting 32 bit software with their recent Catalina Operating System,.

Since CS5 has not been sold or supported by Adobe for roughly a decade, there will only ever be a 32 bit version of it.

You'll need to hold onto your old machine to continue running legacy software, or move to a subscription for a new machine.

Your new computer requires modern 64-bit software.  CS5 is not compatible.  The good news is Dreamweaver CC 2019 and 2020 are compatible with Catalina.

Another option is to set-up a virtual machine with an older mac OS on it.  But that doesn't change the fact that CS5 is 10 years out of date and no longer relevant for creating modern web sites.
