Dreamweaver CS6 - Retrieval

Purchased a download and licence for Dreamweaver CS6 in 2014.  PC has suddenly developed a hard drive issue!  Is there anyway I can re-install CS6 on a new machine? Still have the licence key. Thanks.

    It sounds like you were the victim of a scam run by a group of companies over the years. Basically, they would illegally sell volume license seats to third parties (usually at "almost too good to be true" reduced rates). Large groups of scam victims would end up with the same license key, meant to be used within a single company. Once Adobe finds the volume license being used illegally, they revoke it so the scammers can no longer profit from it. Unfortunately, that means a lot of unsuspecting people can no longer use what they thought they were paying for.

    As far as I know, really the only thing you can do is purchase a legitimate license from Adobe directly. CC plans are available here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

    Thanks for this advice. Contacted support via the chat line, explained that I purchased this software and licence in 2014 (download). I provided my licence key and was then given two links for the re-install. When installing the key rceived a warning message saying 'licence key revoked'. Contacted support again and was told that Adobe no longer supports this key! What to do next??

    If you purchased it directly from Adobe, and the download no longer shows when you log into their site, you should be able to contact Customer Care to get a download link...
