Dreamweaver extract psd won’t work

I'm trying to access the extract panel, it loads perfectly fine but when I try to upload a PSD it shows this message "You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access." I'm not sure if my license has expired for dreamweaver, but any help or tips would be appreciated.

    Hi @Zahira5EA1,

    Yes, you need a PAID Creative Cloud subscription to access the Extract services in Creative Cloud. 

    NOTE: If you're on a Teams/Enterprise plan from work or school, please contact your IT dept admin for assistance.

     

    1. Did you upload your PSD comp to your Creative Cloud file storage space yet?
    2. Also did you create a site definition and a new HTML document in DW yet?
