Dreamweaver installation

Question

I have tried to install DW from CreativeCloud on Windows 10 and got an error message (see attached). What is the next step? https://imgur.com/a/L5LEl2y

The first thing to try is to delete the personal Configuration folder. You can find the personal Configuration folder by turning on your operating systems hidden files, then going to...

C > Users > (your user) > AppData (this is normally hidden) > Roaming > Adobe > Dreamweaver (your version) > (your language)

DW will create a new folder automatically when you try to restart the program. If it still won't start up, uninstall and reinstall through the CC Desktop app and that should get you going.
