Dreamweaver MX 2004
I am trying to move dreamweaver to another computer but having difficulty registrating online and also when I call the 1-800 number.
Can anyone help.

Macromedia went out of business many years ago. The activation servers for legacy MX 2004 were taken offline. You will need to use a special serial number. See link below for details.

That said, it's unlikely that MX 2004 will run as expected on a modern operating system because it's too old.
