Dreamweaver not connecting to server.

I am getting the same error message when trying to connect to the Liquid Web servers where I host my sites.

I have attached a jpg below. Meanwhile I am going to call adobe AGAIN as the system just hung up on me while waiting for a DW person.

Have you ever been able to connect to your hosting server with Dreamweaver? Or is this the first attempt to connect?

Are you using a .pem key file?

Have you tried using FileZilla? If that works, then you can copy the settings from there to Dreamweaver.

If FileZilla does not work either, get in touch with the host.
