Dreamweaver not launching

I just downloaded the latest update, Dreamweaver 2018, and whenever i try to launch it, it crashes before anything loads

I'm assuming your system meets the minimum requirements.

macOS

Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support
macOS v10.13, macOS v10.12, or OS X v10.1
2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended)
2 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space (approximately 2 GB) required during installation. Dreamweaver cannot be installed on removable flash storage devices.
1280x1024 display with 16-bit video card
Internet connection and registration are necessary for required software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.

Another possibility is a corrupt Mac user account.

Which Mac operating system?

Did you try restoring Preferences yet?

I'm running El Capitan, on a mid 2009 Macbook pro

And i don't need to restore preferences, i never had CS6, to my knowledge anyways

From start to crash, i open the app, it bounces on my Dock, but then stops, nothing on screen, nothing on record, just an apple crash report
