Dreamweaver not putting files in correct location

Putting files from the local site to the remote site does not work properly. Since this is a Linux site the files need to go into /web/ and they are not (see attached). I have had an extensive session with the ISP, and they couldn't tell what is wrong. They didn't see anything incorrect with the way I set up the site (see attached) but  I still wonder if that is the problem. Can anyone see something amiss?

Apparently everything seems to be correct, except for the fact that you don't give any indication of the root directory into DW remote server settings.

On that, and looking at your last screenshot, I'll say two things:

1- It looks like your root server on the remote server is public_html and not web,
2- If however you need to respect the tree structure of your remote server, then the solution is to reproduce it on the local server.
