Hi Team,

 We had an issue where the applications are opened with the blank panel (i.e panel is not getting activated) sometimes. We seen one article related to this and tried the folowing in the manifest file

 <StartOn>
    <Event>com.adobe.csxs.events.ApplicationInitialized</Event>
</StartOn>

But this is not helping for Dreamweaver 2021. Please share your thoughts and suggestions to resolve this issue

Hi @mikel3179860,

I have a few questions:

  • Is this related to an individual Creative Cloud subscription?
  • Or is this a Teams & Enterprise edition?
  • Or is this related to Adobe Experience Manager?

On individual plan, user should be signed in to Creative Cloud desktop app.

User launches Dreamweaver from their computer's desktop or Windows Start Menu.

I am not sure what this has to do with Dreamweaver. Could you please elaborate?

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

The issue is panel not showing on start on, it shows as black screen. So, we tired with this event "com.adobe.csxs.events.ApplicationInitialized". But this fix is works for the other applications like Ps, Ai and An.

Are you saying all the side windows/panels are not opening or a specific one?

In these kinds of issues you could try the usual troubleshooting of deleting the filecache and recreating the user config folder found in this KB article: https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/troubleshoot-javascript-errors-dreamweaver-cs6-cc.html

If not depending on what has happened in the installation, you may want to backup your sites in DW, if possible, and then re-install.
