Dreamweaver pop-up menu in template

You may already be beyond help. Macromedia played a very dirty trick on you
by leaving this awful functionality in the program through 4 release cycles,
against passionate pleas from the user community. The DW menus should NEVER
be used. Ever. And certainly not with templates - as you have just
discovered. Read these words by the person who adapted that code from
Netscape's original version specifically for Macromedia -
