Dreamweaver uploaded the text to the hosting site but not the images. How do I get the images to Dreamhost, the hosting server.

Keep in mind, images are not actually part of your html page until the browser adds them in from the links in your code.

Because of that, as others have mentioned, all images need to be uploaded separately from their html pages. Keep in mind, they also need to be uploaded to the exact location being used in the links within your code.

That location on the server must identically match the location being used in the links, right down to the case structure. A link to a file within a folder called "MyFolder" will go to a file within "myfolder" locally (your local OS is not case sensitive), but on the server they are treated as separate locations. A link using incorrect case structure for the actual folder uploaded will thrown a 404 File Not Found error.

From your Files Panel (F8), select the images folder and click on the UP arrow.

Refresh your browser with F5 or Ctrl+R.

upload them too...

either

by selecting them and put them

by allowing to place linked files when placingthe hosting file  (there is a checkbox, from the preferences > site (to activate/deactivate this dialog box))
