    Once @BenPleysier recommands VSC to @B i r n o u . Now, here at the studio, we're all using this wonderful tool. It's amazing how great it is, full of extensions https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/VSCode, excellent documentation https://code.visualstudio.com/docs, a totally open API https://code.visualstudio.com/api, a real-time control palette, the terminal that's part of the interface and, icing on the cake, it's totally free, all reasons that make it worth a try!

    @Michael Tupy,

    AFAIK, Dreamweaver is compatible with the latest version of Sonoma, since Apple fixed the right-click problem.  I'm not a Mac user so I can't speak with any authority about Dreamweaver's compatibility with M2 machines.   It does work on current Windows PCs.
