Dreamweaver Some files are grayed out in the open dialog

I'm using Dreamweaver 21.3 with macOS Ventura.  This problem started just recently.  I have DW open and I go to the Open dialog box to open a php file.  Some of the files (and usually the ones I've been working with recently) are grayed out so I can't select them.    If I click on Options, it says that All Documents are enabled.

If I select HTML documents, and then re-select All Documents, I can select the files.

Very weird and extremely annoying.
