Dreamweaver throwing up non-existent errors

Using the current version of DW2021 - as there is no later version available - I'm currently experiencing the UnbalancedTemplateEndEditible tag error, except there are no unbalaned tags. Looking at the screenshots below, can anyone here see an "unbalanced" end editibable tag?

Right now I can think of many things with this software that are evidently "unbalanced" but my end tags aren't any of them...

How did the <head> section's Editable Region get named "header"?

By default, and boy DW likes its defaults when using Templates, it should be named "head".

If that doesn't take care of it for you, it's possible an error somewhere else in your code is confusing the old girl. If you could post all of the code from that page (a copy/paste into a forum response works best), someone here should be able to find the issue.

    What was your solution?

It may benefit other users with the same Template issues.
