Dreamweaver Updates?

I've been a fan of DW since the Macromedia days, but development seems to have slowed, if not, stopped. Is this the case? Will there be any real, and proper, updates in the future?

I'm thinking about updating support for PHP 8, and Bootstrap 5, along with keeping up with progress of SASS, LESS, and removal of Compass and Bourbon, both of which are no longer supported/discontinued.

There are no real alternatives to DW that does everything DW does, in one place.

Please Adobe, don't leave us behind.

In ~2020, Adobe announced that DW would be moved into a "Minimum Development Status" where only third party libraries, OS compatibility issues and potential security patches would be updated going forward.

No bug fixes or new features are planned for the program, it's being kept on life support for the current userbase.

There's also no planned replacement.
