Dreamweaver will not start

I had Dreamweaver running on my computer then just purchased the license today.  When I tried to start it after getting the license it just shows a dialog box that states "Dreamweaver has a problem and needs to close"  Then that's it.  I've reinstalled and clicked remove preferences.  I'm on a windows machine and running WIndows 10.  Thanks.

I am not sure if you are using the correct terminology. The only way to pay for Dreamweaver is to pay for a recurring subscription. Any other method would be for a perpetual licence, but that was discarded several years ago.

If you did indeed pay for a license, I would get in touch with the seller of the license for a solution.
