Dreamweaver windows menu no longer has extract panel please demonstrate workaround with Photoshop

... please show how to copy CSS from Photoshop file and incorporate the CSS information into Dreamweaver ...

    Extract was discontinued on July 1.

    Going forward you'll need to extract style information from Photoshop PSD manually.
