DreamWeaver Won't Hide

When pressing Command - H, Dreamweaver doesn't hide however the Red/Yellow/Green buttons on the Mac turn GREY and the main interface is still available.  When we QUIT DreamWeaver and reopen it everything works fine.  Anyone else have this issue?  CC2019 is the version.

On my machine, Ctrl + H = Replace in Current Document.

On Mac, try Cmd + M to minimize.
