Dreamweaver won't start

Ciao,

I have a windows 10 laptop with the latest CC installed, I'm regularly using  all the Adobe products that I've installed (PS, AI, ID, AA, XD, PR, AE, etc) but Dreamweaver.

When I try to start it nothing happens, if I check on the windows task manager I can find the DW process in background.

I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall both DW than CC.

Useless to say that i really need that software to work, ac anyone help me?

Unfortunately today Dreamweaver isn't starting again, the process stays in background, neither the procedure from the command prompt helped.
