DreamweaverMX 2004 transfer to new computer help

I have installed Dreamweaver MX 2004 on my new laptop but am having trouble activating the license on it. I can not connect to internet with it (now running Windows 10). Tech support via phone says software not supportable with them by phone. ANy help with this?
