Dreamwesver CS4 Moving to New COmputer

I have a working copy of Dreamweaver CS4. I have purchased a new computer. I have my serial number and have downloaded the files. When I run the installer, it say the Installer Database is corrupt and to contact Adobe Customer Service. Anyone got any suggestions???
