DW 2017 CC no longer shows Real Time Preview

Since installing the latest DW CC update this morning, and restarting the PC, DW will no longer display the Real Time Preview in the browser. It was working perfectly before the update was installed. I'm using Windows 10 with an Intel i7 processor PC.

Message received in browser (Firefox and Chrome): You tried to access an external HTML page, which can not be opened on the device for preview. Open the page in Dreamweaver to preview the page on the device.

Totally unsatisfactory response for a problem caused by DW update. your programmers should be able to provide a patch. I will be cancelling my subscription to Dreamweaver if this cannot be resolved soon.

How can you be so sure it was caused by the 2017.1 update?  I have the exact same update & no problems with Real Time Preview -- Win10, 64 bit.

Did you try restoring Preferences yet?

Unusual behavior in Dreamweaver? Try restoring preferences.

Deleted WinFileCache*****Dat but problem is still present. (Closed DW first, and restarted later.)
