DW 8 save buttons don't work

MS quit supporting Win7 nearly 4 years ago (Jan 14, 2020).

You need a new machine & software.

Computers and the web have changed a LOT in 2 decades.

Short of re-installing Windows or looking to maybe even replace the hard drive if there are issues writing to that old of a computer there isn't much left you can do. Plus that machine is likely too old to use newer apps so you might need to look at a complete overhaul at this point.

Using an 18 year old product? Forget it.

If you are serious about web development/design then use VS Code or, as I have done, Wappler.
