Have recently updated to 21.0 (although this might be unrelated). When I ftp a recently edited or newly created page the new image files are not uploaded with the page and have to be uploaded separately!
Any ideas?
Nothing's wrong, that's just the way it works.
Sometimes developers won't notice that behavior because the entire site was being uploaded from the Files panel at once, but when uploading an individual .html file, the images need to be uploaded separately.
