Same issue here! Mac with Sierra (latest edition)... all CC apps open with the exception of Dreamweaver CC 2017.
Any idea? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting a couple times. Tried downloading and running that Java link for OS X mentioned above... app icon in dock bounces up & down a couple times or so; nothing opens/launches.
Not sure what else to try? And, why only this application affected?

Was a permissions issue. Used Apple Time Machine to transfer everything to a new Mac. Adobe advise against this and recommend a fresh install of their applications as you never know what other leftover 'junk' may carry over.
In this case the previous computer was under a different name; that caused the conflict. The Library Folder on the Mac had mixed permissions. - Support at Adobe said the packaging content differs for each application; that would explain why all the other CC applications opened just fine, and yet DW was the only app not working.
All is resolved now.
