I'm having a problem with some text in one of my pages.  I've searched the coding and can't find what's causing the problem. The link to my page is: Spring Art Tour. Will appreciate some help here. - Thanks!

    The <font> tag was deprecated in about 1940.

    If you remove the code colored in red this should solve your issue: (could you go into code view and do that?)

    <p><font color= color="#000000"><strong>My father was in the military so I grew up all over the world: Munich, Okinawa, Frankfurt, Paris, and many US locations.</strong> I was always interested in art, but discovered both formal studio art and art history in college, earning my B.F.A., 1969, from Ohio Wesleyan University and my M.A, Fine Arts, from U.W., Madison, 1970.  Since then I have continued to study and practice many forms of two-dimensional and three dimensional visual art, both representational and abstract, but have lately emphasized conventional oil painting on canvas. Currently I enjoy exploring the built environment as my subject matter, finding abundant composition opportunities and light effects to be endlessly interesting and varied, and providing me with flexible material for color expression discovery.</font>

    </p>

    I see you're using one of those widget scripty things from PVII, maybe that included the <font> tag, I don't know, it's a possibility.

    Oh silly me.  I want the first paragraph of text to be black, but it's showing red.

    I'm on my iPad at the moment, so i cannot view your code.

    At a guess i would say that you should look at your css code for that html section that is in red, and look for a rule that says -

    color: red;

    or if it is a value hover over it in code view, to see the color.

    once you have found the rule, simply change it to -

    color: black;
