DW Website works only in Safari, Not Chrome, Not Firefox

Greetings to all Community Experts,

Thanks for any attemp to help me.

This website of mine  is acting very strange. https://omg.fairwaysit.com

It opens in browsers (Firefox and Chrome) but it has a shadow over it and no functionality (scrolling choosing menu options ect.)

However, it opens in Safari desktop and works fine.

Any ideas are greatly apprectiated

Note:  I have cleared cache on all browsers and repeated with same results.
