DW2017 Token inspector not working?

Following Adobe instructions in: Learn how you can customize the colors of your code elements in Dreamweaver.  I downloaded token inspector, following the instructions I opened it in Chrome (and also IE). It doesn't seem to work at all. Is it broken. Any suggestions to make it work? Or is it just broken?

Thanks.

Overall I'd give "improvements" DW2017 three thumbs down.

    Just follow the instructions.

I had not used it until now, mainly to try and replicate your problem. It is probably another senior moment but I have had no success. My Token Inspector works like a charm.

To save time, I grabbed a Brackets theme from GitHub and pasted it into a newly created Theme

The Theme I chose is called RubyBlue.

    RubyBlue/RubyBlueTheme.less at master · Brackets-Themes/RubyBlue · GitHub

In CC 2017.1 (the latest version that came out yesterday),  I opened Preferences > Interface > clicked the Theme plus sign to create a new theme.  Named it.  Edited the theme in DW by pasting RubyBlue.less into the document.  Saved and closed .less file.  Went back to Preferences and Applied new theme.

It goes without saying, that you can customize Theme colors anyway you like in the code editor.
