Here is my form:

<form name="form1" method="post" action="council_vips_forms.asp">
<td align="left" class="cell-list">Base</td>
<td align="left" class="cell-list"><select name="Base" class="form-box" id="Base">
<option value="%" selected>ALL</option>
<option value="LTN">LTN</option>
<option value="LGW">LGW</option>
<option value="MAN">MAN</option>
</select></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align="left" class="cell-list">Fleet</td>
<td align="left" class="cell-list"><select name="Fleet" class="form-box" id="Fleet">
<option value="%" selected>ALL</option>
<option value="A300">A300</option>
<option value="757">757</option>
<option value="FBW">FBW</option>
</select></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align="left" class="cell-list">Rank</td>
<td align="left" class="cell-list"><select name="Rank" class="form-box" id="Rank">
<option value="%" selected>ALL</option>
<option value="CAPT">CAPT</option>
<option value="FO">FO</option>
</select></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td align="left" class="cell-list"><!--DWLayoutEmptyCell--> </td>
<td align="left" class="cell-list"><input name="Submit" type="submit" class="form-button" value="Submit"></td>
</form>

And here is the Recordset on the next page:

Now when somebody selects "ALL" in one or more of the lists then the following recordset should not then be filtered by that option at all, but if "ALL" is selected none of the records are displayed. Any help please.

Make sure that the value for the ALL in the dropdown is a % and change the
SQL test from = to LIKE
