I am relatively new to Dreamweaver but how good is it and building a modern looking ecommerce site and how easy is it to integrate to other systems to make this happen? Any easy way to make this happen like Templates etc?

How could I make this site different /innovative to others (such as what you would get on WIX or GoDaddy)?

The products are "Healthy Drinks".  Thanks in advance and all guidance welcome.

IT deponds on you, I mean how much you used to with coding and some designing knowledge. If you are then you can.

I have just started a video playlist on the subject using a different IDE. It may provide some pointers when using Dreamweaver with extensions provided by DMXzone

Oh, and the video playlist is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCPU6dN7riU&list=PLUjqTJN3byC8-qBFItSeBYuXolTng41pN

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

If you're not an experienced developer, DO NOT attempt to build an e-commerce site yourself.  What you don't know about web encryption, payment card compliance, processing, protecting customers from identity theft and server security would fill volumes of textbooks.  That's before you even START coding the public-facing (pretty) stuff.  Untrained amateurs should not go there.  It's far too risky.

Use a third party shopping cart.  Let the experts worry about security & payment processing for you.  The fees you pay are the cost of safely & securely doing business online.

    • WordPress with the WooCommerce shoping cart plugin is one option used by many.
    • Webflow's e-commerce is another.
    • If you're just starting out, getting a shop on Etsy or Shopify might be the path of least resistance.  Later as your business proves itself,  you might wish to consider the former two options.

    Hope that helps.

Depends how much coding knowledge you have. You could build your website and then integrate 'paypal' payment or 'stripe' payment into your website, or maybe use something like shopify, a bit more of a dedicated ecommerce solution:
