error '80004005' -- Disk or network error

I have created a form to insert data into a database. However, when I try to test it, I get the following error. For the life of me, I can't figure out what the problem is. Please help if you can.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

I assume you haven't set permissions on your folder on your hard disk that your database sits in. If not then see here:
