error: cannot put .

Hi,

I have a question about transferring files. The get/put options all work, however i get this error when transferring files in DW 2015.

- error occurred - An error occurred - cannot put . An unknown error occurred.

File activity incomplete. 1 file(s) or folder(s) were not completed.

Files with errors: 1

Why does it try to put this . file and how can I shut it off from trying. It happens on local testing server and live site.

Is DW trying to put the Unix file . when transferring files?

If you can see the file in the Files window within DW, you could try cloaking it to keep it from uploading.

Right click the file and choose Cloaking > Cloak

Thanks for your response. All is fine putting files. The only problem is this error in the ftp log file.

I omitted the files that transferred without problems and just showed the error.
