Error message using bootstrap

Hello...I'm new and just learning to use Dreamweaver. I'm following a tutorial and believe I may have deleted some files that I should not have.  I'm trying to customize my page, I went to new document, html, bootstrap, create new, and customize. When I change the sreen size and click create I get the error message  "Bootstrap..cannot create a new document as Bootstrap customization failed". When I click on "click here" for troubleshooting, I get 404 error page. Is there a way I can uninstall/reinstall and everything goes back to normal?

    Please try resetting Dreamweaver preferences and see if this resolves the issue.
